About Me

Mary Andrews Portrait

At a crossroads? Feeling your career isn’t the right fit? I’ve been there

My early career saw me working for a variety of exciting – and challenging – organisations from the Civil Service and the BBC through to Allied Lyons and KPMG.

My roles included management, project management, HR and tax. All these positions were interesting and offered plenty of professional development. But they weren’t quite right for me. I knew I needed to find another path.

I have been in your shoes, and it’s given me genuine insight into the experience so many of my clients face.

In my case, a more meaningful career meant one that allowed me to use my experience to help others feel better about themselves. My promise is to provide a safe and quiet space in which you can relax, offload your worries, concerns, doubts and fears.

“Mary was exactly what I've been looking for. Her insights and reflections are so valuable to me and I have found myself referring to them frequently. Thanks to her, I am able to handle challenging situations in an effective and intelligent way. With patience and calmness she guided me towards eye-opening results.”

Since starting my journey to becoming a coach in 2010, I’ve helped make a difference to hundreds of clients. Their testimonials tell me how much my coaching has helped them. But it’s seeing the difference in my clients, watching them grow and bloom that is so incredibly rewarding.

Everything I do is grounded in the psychological theories behind career success, personal change and transformation. I hold a range of academic and professional qualifications (all listed on this page) and make sure I keep up with my professional development.  This allows me to listen and respond to you as an individual.

There is no set process. I work with you holistically, drawing on my background and extensive experience in evidence based approaches. This gives you an understanding and awareness of how you interact with the world and supports you to make decisions and implement change.
